Cancelling a ticket and getting money back

Whether a ticket can be cancelled - and how late - is set by the operator of your route. Open your order page: if cancellation is still available you will see the option, along with exactly what will be refunded.

Standard tickets are non-refundable. Cancelling and rescheduling are available to tickets bought with the Flexible Ticket add-on, inside the operator's flexible window.
