Întrebări frecvente

Search your departure and destination cities with a travel date, pick the trip that suits you, fill in the passenger details and pay online. Your ticket arrives by email the moment the payment is confirmed. You can do the same in the BusMagus app for Android and iPhone.
Open your order from the link in the confirmation email, or go to Manage Order and enter your order number together with the booking email (or a passenger's name). The order page has a Download button for the PDF ticket and shows the QR code the driver scans. In the app, the Tickets tab shows the same.
No - the driver can scan the ticket from your phone, on the order page or in the app. A printout works just as well if you prefer paper.
That depends on the operator of your route: each sets its own cancellation and reschedule deadlines, and most standard tickets cannot be cancelled or changed at all. Open your order page to see which options are still available for your departure - the Flexible Ticket add-on is what keeps them open.
An optional add-on offered at checkout under Extra Services, priced per passenger, that lets you cancel or reschedule your trip within the operator's flexible window. Without it, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be changed.
Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards through our secure payment partners, and Google Pay or Apple Pay where the partner offers them. If a card processing surcharge applies to your payment, it appears as its own line in the order summary before you pay - you are never charged more than the total shown there.
Same-day trips can usually be booked until shortly before the bus leaves - the search only shows departures that are still bookable, so if you can see it, you can book it.
Only some routes offer seat selection. Where the operator does, the checkout shows Choose Seat next to each passenger: you pick a numbered seat on the bus plan for a small fee, or leave it on Automatic seat and get one assigned for free when the ticket is issued. Other routes have free seating - the checkout says so, and you sit in any available seat when you board.
Each route lists its own luggage allowance on the trip details. Most operators include one hold bag and one piece of hand luggage per passenger.
Children usually travel at a reduced fare and babies travelling on a lap often go free or nearly free - the exact fares are shown per trip before you pay.
Yes - on international routes carry the travel document you booked with. Border officials may ask to match your ticket against it.
Check your spam folder first. Then look up the booking on Manage Order with your order number and the email you used, or with a passenger's name - if the order is there, the ticket can be downloaded straight away. If you cannot find it, contact us with the passenger name and travel date and we will resend it.
Yes - BusMagus is available for Android and iPhone. Search and book trips, keep your tickets on your phone, get a notification the moment a booking is confirmed, and set price alerts on routes you follow. It uses the same account and the same tickets as the website.
No. You can book as a guest with just an email address, and find the tickets later from the Tickets tab with the order number and that email. An account adds a list of all your trips and a faster checkout.
Only to suggest the departure city nearest to you when you open the search. It is optional: decline it and the departure field simply starts empty. The app asks for your approximate location, never your precise position, and does not track you in the background.
Yes. Open the trip in the Tickets tab and show its QR code to the driver - it is the same code as on the PDF ticket, so nothing needs printing.
