When refunds arrive

When a cancellation is approved, the refund is issued within 14 days to the card that paid. Once issued, it takes your bank a further 5-10 business days to show it on your statement.

The Flexible Ticket's own fee is not refunded - it is the price of being able to cancel. Everything else you are owed is shown on the order page before you confirm the cancellation.
