How the Flexible Ticket works

The Flexible Ticket is offered at checkout under Extra Services, per passenger. It unlocks cancelling or rescheduling inside the operator's flexible window - typically much closer to departure than a standard ticket allows.

It cannot be added after the booking is paid, and its own fee is not refunded when you cancel.
