Reading your ticket: what the details mean

Your ticket and order page show the same information:

• Order number - the six-character code you use to find the booking again;
• the route and the operator running the bus, with their phone number;
• the departure date and time and the boarding stop with its address;
• each passenger's name, date of birth and travel document number, exactly as you entered them;
• the bus seat, where the route uses seat selection or assigns seats;
• the QR code the driver scans at boarding.

The QR code is unique to your booking - do not share it publicly. Times are local to each stop.
